About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

You will help deliver innovative regional and country led people strategies that fearlessly propel the people agenda across the DACH cluster (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) 

You will be a collaborative business partner to the Managing Director DACH and Executive team, understanding the needs of the business and building capability to achieve the levels of growth we aspire to.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the people agenda from Regional strategy to country and country level execution
Be an instrumental business partner to the DACH Managing Director and Executive team, understanding the inner workings and needs of the business in order to seamlessly execute Regional and Global people strategies
Provide authentic and inclusive leadership. Be an open executive coach and mentor, to further support the growth, history, culture, and heritage of the company
Ensure brilliant execution of the people strategy and make sure the talent development strategy meets business needs, creating an effective and efficient environment, fostered by people who feel strongly engaged in the values, culture, and aspirations of Bacardi.  
Ensure the recruitment, engagement, and development of top talent across DACH
Encourage strong values-based performance culture through rigorous performance management and incentives
As a member of the leadership team, participate in driving a shared vision and a common sense of purpose across the team, functioning as a true business partner who understands all aspects of the business, not just the People strategy. 
Your championing of the matrix structure within the Country will enable collaborative and cohesive decision making
Support and lead all people related programs across DACH, helping to foster success and a winning culture 

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
The capability to quickly grow into an HR Leadership position
Broad HR generalist experience with a focus on organisational change and talent management
Experience of negotiating and working with Works Councils
Experience in building and delivering effective people strategies
Inspiring and inclusive people leader with drive to continuously improve and develop capabilities within the organisation
Experience managing and influencing direct reports and within a matrix organization
Understand and work collaboratively with business leaders to enable outstanding results
Fluent in spoken and written German and English 
Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills
Excellent skills in building engagement and coaching 
Experience in multiple areas of Human Resources preferred
