About the role

The HR Business Partner is a true partner for the managers by ensuring that everyone has the resources and skills required for the business. This role will challenge the organization for better functioning while animating the different actions/programs/ events to ensure a great & positive atmosphere and strengthen our culture. This role will be responsible for partnering closely with managers across several plants and so require travel across France.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Recruitment and Employer Brand Policy
  • Lead training process: local & mandatory training plans in connection with local HR teams, Bacardi global training courses in France deployment
  • Drive Talent management & HR development programs for France 
  • Drive HR Events Agenda in connection with HR & Leadership Team
  • Ensure the constant internal climate and Group's culture with EES action plan management.
  • Be a real Business Partner for OC France plants & leadership team, related organization & people matters
  • Support & back up the HR Manager on all HR subjects
  • Manage Legal / Disciplinary Files
