You will play a crucial role in the development and execution of the people agenda and will be an instrumental HR business and sparring partner to the Managers and their teams.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

HRBP
  • Acting as the first point of contact to the global/regional functional teams (based in China offices) for all HR related matters 
  • Ensuring high-quality application of HR services, policies, and programs. Including employee life cycle-related processes.
  • Facilitate the CLT-1 below team integration initiatives
  • Manage the employee relationships
  • Lead other local key HR initiatives 
L&D
  • Manage and implement the annual training plan of GC
  • Lead and facilitate the learning champion committee initiatives
  • Lead Becoming Bacardi program implementation in China. Drive the digitalization of the local modules in the near future.
  • Be the local focal point of Let’s Learn system.  Drive and promote the self-driven learning culture.
  • Be an L&D regional supporter in the future. Contribute to the regional related initiatives.   
Talent Acquisition
  • Lead all the manager level below recruitment initiatives. 
  • Lead the local campus recruitment projects.
Talent Management 
  • Support the data analysis when needed

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Experience working with commercial team in FMCG, Alcohol industry will be an advantage.
  • Ability to develop mutual relationships with internal (matrix) partners
  • Curious, strong problem-solving skill, flexible, and open to learn
  • Organized, self-motivated, and resilient
  • Inspiring, positive, assertive yet humble
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment under minimal supervision
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Good presentation skill.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization
  • Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
  • Independent thinker, strong business savvy and judgment to make independent decisions
  • Aptitude in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create professional presentations
  • Experience in multiple areas of Human Resources preferred
