About the role

Your Opportunity
  • Your role as HR Manager will be to build culture with a focus on developing talent and strengthening capability by leading the HR Operations, driving programs that bring alive Fearless, Family and Founders @Bacardi.
  • You will ensure that all key HR processes are implemented thoroughly, and all statutory regulations are in place.
  • Taking ownership of all talent development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits program.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • ‘Be a strong advocate for our culture, develop and implement strong engagement and social initiatives in our London office’ type of line
  • You will work closely with GTR HR lead on the Talent Acquisition process for all GTR roles 
  • Through liaising with local HR you will promotes Best-Practice ways of working across HR policies and facilitates the resolution of people-related conflicts and issues; ensures ongoing service excellence through timely issue resolution and execution.
  • Provide appropriate analysis and reporting to ensure effective insights are available. Ensure Primos data on WD is correctly and accurately captured while liaising with local HR teams.
  • Understand local and global benefits programs applicable to GTR Primos (e.g., pension, healthcare, wellness platform, annual bonus and salary increase). Seeking industry best practice and implementing improvements autonomously in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits team and local HR teams
  • You will be responsible the people cost planning process and establishing processes to ensure optimization.
  • Ensure excellence in execution of key people & culture initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR GTR lead on all compensation and benefits related activities covering GTR Primos globally
  • Recognize & Reward accomplishments and behaviours in a timely manner
  • You will liaise with local HRs global on all GTR Primos activities 
  • You will support GTR HR lead on all activities related to Talent Development activities 

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Minimum 6 to 7 year’s experience as HR generalist with good exposure in all key functional topics - HR business partnering, C&B, Talent management and Recruitment.
  • Experienced in handling HR operations, personnel budget planning, execution of HR rewards processes, leveraging C&B philosophy in attracting and retaining best talents.
  • Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling large scale organization change processes.
  • Establish HR analytics framework to ensure future ready HR strategy.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; work across the organization with key stakeholders including senior management in order to influence and inform decision making.
  • Strong analytic skills with ability to pull and synthesize data into meaningful summaries.
  • Track record of driving change, delivering process simplification and improved ways of working.
  • Highly organized, motivated, a sense of urgency. Skilled at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and resource constraints to optimize results, dealing with multiple stakeholders in a complex and agile environment.
