About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The HR Analyst is part of Bacardi´s Enterprise Services HR Operations team in Costa Rica and Barcelona Service Center's. Our mission is to deliver HR services to employees and business partners across different regions, applying HR and SSC expertise to sustain the highest quality & compliance standards, collaborate with local HR  on market business requirements & drive ongoing system and process improvements.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Data management within our HR system of record (Workday)
  • Ensure key performance metrics are met, related to quality, timeliness and compliance
  • Partner with HR contacts to ensure business requirements and changes are aligned with HR operational processes
  • Drive improvements, streamlining and automation of HR Services processes

Skills and Experience

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • HR experience (from 1 to 5 years). Workday is a plus.
  • Language skills: English, Spanish, additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and attention to details
  • Experience working in a Shared Services Center dealing with multi-country HRs
