About the role

The HR Specialist owns and acts as champion for the full UK Benefits program inclusive of Wellness.
You will act as the primary interface between cluster and global HR Shared Services, managing the integrity of all Workday, payroll and benefit information systems. (HRIS)
You will provide HR advice, guidance and support to London and Winchester based Primos on all local HR policy matters.


Responsibilities

  • Maintains HRIS (Workday) and provides appropriate analysis and reporting to ensure effective insights are available. 100% data hygiene and cleanliness are to be maintained in compliance with GDPR.
  • Oversees and administers monthly payroll execution in conjunction with Shared Services partners and external vendors. Responsible for reviewing T&E data to provide PSA information to HMRC.
  • Oversees and administers execution of compensation programs (e.g., salary increases, bonus payments) in alignment with global policy/practice (Let’s Pay)
  • Oversees and administers execution of benefits programs (e.g., pension, healthcare, wellness platform) in alignment with UK Policies.
  • Coordinates and liaises with external, pension, healthcare and wellness providers to ensure policies and practices are fully up to date for UK primos. Overseeing all Year End reporting and renewals.
  • Is an advisor for UK Primos, providing HR operational support to London and Winchester based primos in people related and organizational matters.
  • Provides support to the HR Business Partner in all HR Administration and employee relations activities.
  • Interprets HR policies and facilitates the resolution of people-related conflicts and issues; ensures ongoing service excellence through timely issue resolution and execution
  • Maintains relevant role profiles to ensure clarity and consistency across the country including alignment to global principles

Skills and Experience

  • University degree in Business Administration, HR or related function preferred
  • 3+ years in an analyst or adviser type role, with experience in a Human Resources/Benefits function.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with individuals at all levels in the organization
  • Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
  • Financial or budget management skills a plus
  • Independent thinker, strong business savvy and judgment to make independent decisions
  • Aptitude in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create professional presentations
  • Strong analytic skills with ability to pull and synthesize data into meaningful summaries
