YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

This is a unique opportunity to deliver innovative people strategies that fearlessly propel the Primo agenda across the Americas whilst building deep partnerships at a global and local level. 

You will play a vital role in helping to build the capability we need to deliver our Best 10 Years yet

At the same time, you will be a critical partner for the Leadership Team in Costa Rica, to deliver HR Operational Support across the full HR lifecycle.

Responsibilities


RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Lead the HR agenda partnering with the Leadership Team on organisational design, culture & engagement, talent growth and development. 

  • Be an instrumental business partner to PR, Operations, Commercial and Hospitality, understanding the inner workings and needs of the business in order to seamlessly execute Regional and Global people strategies

  • With a current team of numerous Primos in different countries, you will craft a long-term strategic plan to support significant growth and expansion plans and make sure the talent development strategy meets business needs, creating an effective and efficient environment, fostered by people who feel strongly engaged in the values, culture, and aspirations of Bacardi

  • Demonstrating and enabling excellence in HR Business Partnering and service delivery that creates an incredible Primo experience and builds trust, confidence and belief amongst your stakeholders 

  • Identifying & harnessing global best practices and insights from other industries and organisations to inspire a uniquely Bacardi approach to Enterprises Services

  • Deliver exceptional Talent Management support to our organisation of Primos 

  • Provide authentic and inclusive leadership. Be an open executive coach and mentor, to further support the growth, history, culture, and heritage of the company

  • Ensure the recruitment, engagement, and development of top talent across the Americas

  • Encourage strong values-based performance culture through rigorous performance management and incentives

Skills and Experience


SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • The capability to quickly grow into an HR Leadership position

  • Broad HR generalist experience with a focus on organisational change and talent management

  • Experience of negotiating and working with labor relations councils

  • Experience in building and delivering effective people strategies

  • Inspiring and inclusive people leader with drive to continuously improve and develop capabilities within the organisation

  • Experience managing and influencing direct reports and within a matrix organization
  • Understand and work collaboratively with business leaders to enable outstanding results

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills

  • Excellent skills in building engagement and coaching
     
  • Experience in multiple areas of Human Resources preferred
