About the role

Your Opportunity

As the Head of Advocacy for IBERIA, you will be responsible for all Advocacy team activity in the cluster of 2 countries. You will lead a team of Trade Ambassadors who deliver the brand programming agreed in the IAP and support the Commercial teams in selling in our brands to customers.

About You
  • You will collaborate closely with the Regional Advocacy Team in building industry leading programming on all brands that connects with key audiences in relevant Sales Channels (ON, OFF, E-Com) with a strong focus for on trade. 
  • Your deep knowledge of the on trade and cocktail culture in all its forms, along with your ability to communicate and influence people, will be key to your success in this role


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the Advocacy team in all facets of their daily work.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the relevant channels (ON / OFF / ECOM) 
  • Act as the in-house expert and will support the Sales Team, Customer Marketing and Category teams on channel strategy and category plans.
  • Develop and drive brand and portfolio programming delivered in the market in conjunction with your Trade Ambassadors.
  • Provide regular updates to the business in the cluster and beyond regarding progress towards achieving KPIs and qualitative reviews of our activations.
  • As expert on the On trade, you advise local Commercial and Brand teams in defining how we show up in the On trade with focus on increasing Availability, Visibility and Quality. 
  • Builds and deploys local brand and portfolio education at scale (physical and digital solutions) and delivers occasion, engagement, and entertainment programs with clear KPIS.
  • Monitors and feeds back regularly on individual and team performance vs KPIs using Advocacy tracking and measurement tools.
  • The role will require interacting with the key channel influencers across key cities and coaching your team-members. As a result, you can expect to be travelling extensively to stay connected to all stakeholders.
