With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

An integral part of the role will be managing responsible Modern Trade accounts with full P&L ownership. An important part of this role will be to build up strong relationship as “1st  choice business partner” with responsible accounts. An ideal candidate will be looking to further develop their commercial experience and possess the potential to progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for negotiating the commercial terms and driving the performance of brands in each of the designated sub-categories. 
  • Other responsibilities include:
    • Develop Strategies & sales plan  to achieve  Modern Trade sales target (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
    • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
    • Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products
    • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales , manage MDT trading term and spending to deliver NSV.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven work experience as a National Key Account manager
  • Solid experience in sales (Modern Trade)
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating.
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
Personal Qualities
  • Proactive, goal-oriented and passionate about delivering results and constantly seek to improve
  • Numerical reasoning and analytical skills, with well developed written and verbal communication, presentation
  • Demonstrate resilience by overcoming challenges and staying calm under pressure
  • Good team leader
