About the role

What does a HR Manager do?

Acting as a true partner for leaders ensuring the resources and skills required for the business are available in both current and local talent. Ability to challenge the organizations for a better function while animating the different actions / programs / events to ensure a great & positive atmosphere, strengthen our culture and keep our Primos engaged.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Manage Recruitment and Employer Brand policies and processes
  • Lead training process: local & mandatory training plans in connection with local needs and Bacardi Global training programs 
  • Drive Talent management & HR development programs 
  • Develop strategies to promote organizational culture according to the values that help generate a work environment oriented to the achievement of results. 
  • Ensure the constant internal climate and Group's culture with Primo Engagement Survey action plan management.
  • Be a real Business Partner for OC teams, related to all organizational & people matters
  • Work closely with the commercial HR team on all administrative and payroll subjects
  • Manage Legal / Disciplinary Files 
  • Manage & negotiate union labour agreements. Be the representative of the company with the union and labour entities, establishing effective communication channels.  

Skills and Experience

The skills and experience needed to create your legacy: 
  • 5-10 Years on Generalist/Manager HR position 
  • Recruitment / Training / Talent Development skills/ Employee Relations/ Employer Brand Building 
  • Knowledge on Mexican labor law & union management 
  • Spanish & English fluent 
  • Computer tools – ADP and Workday Experience is a preference
