About the role

Your Opportunity

Your role as HR & Office Manager – Thailand will be to build culture with a focus on developing talent & strengthening capability by leading the HR Operations vision for Thailand.  You will support and lead local recruitments, talent management support and C&B related HR operations processes for the market with a focus on establishing HR practices for Bacardi Thailand.  You will ensure that all key HR processes are implemented thoroughly, and all the statutory regulations are in place. This role is based in BKK.

You will be a strong business partner and Office Manager with an ability to develop a strategic relationship with business leaders and  connecting with your employees will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

HR Support
  • Manage HR Information System in Workday as HR Admin Partner.  Liaise with Senior Business HR Partner for any employee updates.
  • Processing employee related letters and organizational announcements
  • Monthly payroll processing in coordination with outsourced partner, prepare addition and removal payroll form for new and resigned staff respectively. 
  • You will lead the recruitment and responsible for compensation & benefits.
  • Issue offers and appointment letters to recruited candidates and on boarding preparations.
  • Manage employee recruitment (recruitment in co-ordination with line managers, and exit processes)
  • Coordinating employee engagement initiatives including local plus Bacardi EES, Bacardi Assist, Mercer salary benchmarking, training, company events, CSR, Becoming Bacardi, T&E policies.
  • Co-ordinate insurance coverage for ALL primos
  • Work and Visa application and renewal as need it
  • Provide general office orientation/IT & HR inductions for new staff. 
  • Annual update of Primo Handbook.
  • HR contact point for payroll, benefits administration, global, regional, local HR activities implantation, facilitate training programs, etc.
Office Management
  • Manage daily office needs: telephone calls, mailing services, stationery, pantry items. 
  • Raise Purchase Orders in SAP/SRM
  • Vendor creation: (PO creation)
  • Perform various admin duties for the team (annual completion of Key Management info for auditors, co-ordinate signatories of these key people)
  • Co-ordinate office space search with MD, Commercial Director, HR Manager
  • Co-ordinate logistics for visitor program if need be.
  • Assist/co-ordinate with visit visa applications for Bacardi visitors to Thailand and Expats
  • Manage facilities and equipment in the office.
  • Office contact point for landlord
Drive results & excellence in execution 
  • Establish robust processes for HR operations in Thailand as need it
  • Lead the People Priority for the Thai market with a special focus on developing & driving the vision for Bacardi SEA
  • Help drive high employee engagement scores.
  • You will be responsible to budget making for people cost and establishing processes to ensure optimization.
  • Ensure all the statutory requirements are in place
  • Ensure excellence in execution of key people & culture initiatives
  • Develop a robust HR analytics framework to help the business in key people decisions.
  • Support on learning and development plans

  • Work with colleagues and HR SEA Team to build a shared sense of purpose.
  • Align all employees behind the targets and create a passion for winning in the organization

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as HR generalist with good exposure in all key functional topics – HR business partnering, C&B , Talent management and Recruitment
  • Experienced in handling HR operations; personnel budget planning, execution of HR rewards processes, leveraging C&B philosophy in attracting and retaining best talents, payroll process, office management.
  • Proven track record of HR business partnering.
  • Managing all processes to ensure that the company is complaint to all necessary statutory regulatory frameworks
  • Establish HR analytics framework to ensure future ready HR strategy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage/work with various stakeholders
  • Exposure in Talent management strategies
The following experiences are preferred:
  • HR operation experience
  • Strong experience in HR business partnering roles 
  • Experience within one or more companies that have an established reputation for best-in-class Human Resources and Talent Management practices 
  • Experience in handling large scale organization change processes
  • Employer branding, leveraging social media to attract best talent
  • Experience in handling HR statutory regulation related topics
  • Superior analytical skills, able to take complex ideas and summaries into concise insights and recommendations
  • Able to link financial analysis with business strategy and then make compelling business recommendations
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; work across the organization with key stakeholders including senior management to influence and inform decision making.
  • Self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities
  • Highly organized, motivated, a sense of urgency. Skilled at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and resource constraints to optimize results, dealing with multiple stakeholders in a complex and agile environment
  • Track record of driving change, delivering process simplification and improved ways of working.

  • Process focused with an understanding of end-to-end business processes and their financial impacts
