About the role

Your Opportunity

IBP FP&A Coordinator influence business decisions through accurate, timely and relevant finance information with full accountability of the P&L. Manages and leads monthly monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to ensure financial goals.

About You

This position ensures financial information accuracy while maximizing opportunities and minimizing deviations, also provides financial analysis and support in actions related to forecasting & reporting, follow up and tracking on all financial aspects that affect short- & long-term strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Lead the bottom-up Planning Cycles (Monthly Forecast Update) to identify gaps and propose to Top Management corrective measures, understanding market conditions and having business insights
  • Set the roadmap to improve Monthly Forecast (IBP Process) Alignment across areas 
  • Provide support for Commercial and Supply Teams by implementing financial models and procedures to ensure the business information and to streamline the decision making
  • Analyze Risk & Opportunities implementing preventive/corrective actions
  • Accurate data available through the Gross Margin Analysis Reports as well as the PPT presentation simplified by the tool

Personal Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting / Finance)
  • Financial experienced gained through a minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain Finance, Financial Planning and Accounting
  • Proficiency in systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Office -Excel Advanced, Power Point, Access -)
  • Language skills – fluent English communication (written / verbal)
