About the role

Your Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for successfully managing the full life cycle of the sales force automation (SFA) system in the market and improve processes for the Sales Team to be more efficient. From backend IT functions, system testing, user adaptation, data management and basic reporting in a timely manner. Act as a single point of contact for the market will require working closely with Sales Managers, Finance and Commercial Operations Sales Analyst.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Responsible for maintenance of key sales information systems, and the expansion of new functionality in current systems, as well as the implementation of new systems and their integration with the current information systems. These systems entail Asseco MobileTouch, SAP, Sales Contract Tool, and SalesForce Environment tools, and other Excel-based reports.
  • Deliver training and supporting material for existing and new users.
  • Responsible for successfully managing the full life cycle of the sales force automation (SFA) system in the market. From the backend, IT functions, system testing, user adaptation, data management, and basic reporting on time.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the market Sales Force Automation and will be working closely with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, and Sales Director. 
  • Support the delivery of the Picture of Success program to ensure it delivers the commercial needs of the business.
  • Manage the Picture of Success KPI document and all related imagery to ensure it links to the commercial needs of the business.
  • A large percentage of your time will be interacting with the local market team members as well as key Customers. 
  • Manage the SalesForce Environment tool (Sales Map and Amalia) to ensure that it contains current content that will help our front-line salesforce deliver their objectives.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years proven experience in an environment with FMCG systems.
  • Experience in Sales analysis or similar is considered a plus.
  • Communicate both verbally and written in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in dealing with commercial teams and senior management.
  • Experience in working with IT/ commercial processes and systems and inputting data accurately.
  • Knowledge in SAP Customer and Materials Master Data is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge in Reporting Tools such as Power BI is valuable.
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office, Excel, VBA, Access).
