About the role

What does an Incubation Activation Manager do?

Accountable for driving the effective seeding and growth of Incubation brands in London.
  • Manage and coordinate flawless production an execution of cutting edge activation across Incubation brands in Singapore.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure optimum delivery of plans aligned to our growth model
  • Guardian of correct and effective use of brand identity and messaging in bars
  • Strong relationships with sales and customers to drive flawless of innovative activation

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Work with the “Win in Key Cities” team to step change presence and love of Incubation brands, with bars and consumers
  • Deliver innovative cutting-edge activation and assets that step-changes effectiveness of how we influence consumer choice in outlet and communicates brand messages and reasons to believe
  • Engage, brief and manage all appropriate agencies (design/ POSM /equipment) in creation and delivery of all activity materials (in conjunction with procurement)
  • Ensure brand visual identity is properly controlled and executed in all activity materials and communications through use of brand guidelines, BVI and relevant consultation with Brand Marketing and CPA
  • Ensure effective tracking and management of the activity budget; as well as feeding into planning of resource allocation
  • Build up a catalogue of best practice including ROI and evaluation of activities
  • Reporting and tracking of all activity Vs agreed KPIs; making required remedial recommendations to the team where required
  • Work closely with the local sales and advocacy team, organising regular face-to-face time to co-ordinate and leverage brand activity into Commercial Agreements, to maximise support in bars, impact of activities and ROS delivered.
  • Establish working relationship with key customer contacts to influence and ensure activation compliance and develop programmes of support with partners to deliver brand objectives
  • Regular weekly trade visits to ensure effective program execution and gain competitor understanding including late-night work
  • Be a champion and expert for all Incubation brands within the London team; supporting sales force, engaging customers and their staff and relentlessly championing the narrow and deep approach

  • Proven ability to build productive relationships across a matrix; supporting and influencing stakeholders
  • On Trade account management experience and passion for working with top end On Trade customers and premium brand guardianship. A desire to grow brands in the right place in the right way
  • Trade marketing / consumer marketing or agency experience and / or can demonstrate a clear understanding of “prestige” On trade and planning / execution of activation
  • Drive for results; constant measurement and management of Performance against plan
  • Flawless execution across AVQPAP fundamentals.
  • Commercially confident to use data to identify and support opportunities to drive ROS in the right way
  • Incredible creativity as well as ability to manage agencies (including brief writing)
  • Attention to detail on Budget Management and performance
