About the role

Your Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our global innovation team and play an important Global role in our organization.

You will build deep partnership at a global and local level, across Bacardi. You will play a major role driving the transition of our new internal project management tool.

About You
  • You are skilled at consistently building deep, trusting partnership with your stakeholders. 
  • Structured, focused and organised define your approach as you navigate multiple high priority.
  • You are solution oriented with a fantastic attention to detail, great listening skills and proactive approach to anticipating business needs


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

New system development
  • Support Sprint specifications definition and detailed writing
  • Support Sprint Testing and feedback to developers
New system training
  • Support training material development
Migration from InnovApp to new system
  • Migration preparation (i.e., translation from old process to new process)
  • Liaise with stakeholders and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Review data for deficiencies or error, correct any incompatibilities if possible
  • Respond to queries for information
