About the role

Your Opportunity

This is your chance to work in collaboration with brilliant strategic, creative leaders and teams. You’ll be reporting into the Global Senior Director Insights Grey Goose and Patron, putting the consumer at the center of every business decision.

You will be responsible for driving strategy and activation insights, proactively identifying knowledge gaps, uncovering insights, and systematically driving learnings to action with senior marketing partners.  

You will be a key part of driving and shaping our business in highly attractive and growing categories and on very exciting brands You will have a chance to build a strong network globally across the Insights organization.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Establish annual and long-term learning plans to advance marketing and business objectives, driving alignment with local & global partners.
  • Bringing together consumer insights, customer needs, and category dynamics, to provide day-to-day consumer insights and business intelligence, including competitive intelligence, to create market advantage 
  • Partnering with the Brand teams, and the local Insights teams to deliver insights which will unlock transformational growth. Share Best Practices and Learnings across the SIA Global team
  • In partnership with the brand teams, leading the annual review of the Situation Assessment
  • Manage the development, implementation, and analysis of primary and secondary consumer research – striving to get the most out of the data available, utilizing the company’s business intelligence sources (syndicated data, tracker data, market-level data, digital analytics, consumer trends and available global studies) to connect the dots and help influence stakeholders’ decision-making process
  • Accountable for building and sharing extensive understanding of the brands’ performance, and Measurement & Evaluation of activities, in order to help drive optimization and effectiveness

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • The position requires at least eight years of work experience in consumer insights/market research or related field.  
  • You are highly skilled in synthesising data from multiple sources and distilling crisp, tangible, and meaningful business insights
  • You have experience in a broad range of custom qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, as well as experience managing with syndicated suppliers. You have the ability to apply them pragmatically to business issues
  • Drinks and Luxury Category or at least FMCG experience is desirable
  • BS/BA required - MBA highly desirable
