About the role

In this role you will be accountable for delivering value by supporting the International Customer Accounts planning and performance management processes. Your commercial knowledge, ability to develop trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders and ability to draw out data driven insights will be key to your success in this role.
  • You will drive the Sales performance process for International Key Accounts
  • You will Develop analyses using customer POS data
  • You will own the development and maintenance of a custom international revenue management report
  • You will support the International Customers Director and International Key Account Managers on Sales performance analysis and reporting e.g., detailed Sales performance analysis by customer

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

Deliver results and excellence in execution
  • Explain variances between sales targets and results
  • Support implementation of international customer contracts & Year End Close process
  • Support European management in customer-related decisions
  • Support International Customers Director and International Key Account Managers on other adhoc sales reporting
  • Develop knowledge of price and trade structures across markets
Create a winning team
  • Contribute to a shared sense of purpose among all the Cluster Sales team
  • Recognize accomplishments and behaviors in a timely manner
  • Have knowledge of Bacardi history and culture

Measures of success

Performance: Achieve accurate and timely communication of key performance reports to Country Leadership teams and Cluster Sales Performance and Planning Manager; Achieve accurate and timely disbursement of variable compensation for all Country sales team
Customer:  Deliver commitments and service to internal customers
Engagement: Support delivery of engagement and enabling activities in order to deliver sustained improvement as measured through the Employee Engagement Survey (EES)

Critical experiences for success

To be successful in this role you will have/be: 
  • Extensive experience in reporting systems for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG / Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  • Extensive experience in complex dataset analytics with abilities to draw out key insights
  • Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in English and German
The following experiences are preferred:
  • Experience in the Spirits and/or Beverage Industry is a distinct advantage
  • First hand Field Sales experience in a leading FMCG company is an advantage
  • Experience in additional functions beyond the ones listed above
  • Experience in using SAP BI
  • Additional European Languages
