About the role


We are looking for a Intern in Demand Planning team who will work closely with the  Demand Planning Management team to support on a wide variety of tasks and projects on our unique historical brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or Analytics in the spirits industry. In return you will be working with passionate people in a awesome office environment and have the opportunity to develop your skills. 

The intern will be interfacing directly with all the company’s function, actively participating in multiple activities.


During the internship you will:
  • Support the S&OP Manager in developing demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation.
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
  • Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts, by understanding demand forecast drivers.
  • Production planning depending on the demand and needs (Finished goods and Promos).
  • Management of production incidents and proposed alternatives and solutions

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have/be:
  • BA/BS college degree in industrial organization or its equivalent.
  • Basic Knowledge of SAP/APO or other software related to demand planning is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills.
  • Team working: a team-worker with project management attitude
  • Passionate about beverage industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent English and Italian
