About the role

Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Procurement to Payment Supervisor, the PTP Clerk II will support the Finance organization in the BSR function including vendor reconciliation, substitute invoice process as well as understanding all the Accounts Payable flow to give proper resolutions on time.

About You 

We are looking for a leader capable to support different internal and external customers as well as drive efficient solutions to multiple teams.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Handling tickets related to Substitute invoice as well as provide follow up and high-quality resolution to assigned daily tickets.
  • Support BSR team by resolving outstanding balances related to substitute invoice and reconciliation discrepancies to define correct actions plans.
  • Perform seamlessly SOX controls and internal controls.
  • Maintain process documentation and metrics.
  • Support other teams and processes within AP if required

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in Purchase to Pay Operations.
  • Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within the Accounts Payable flow.
  • Sense of urgency and proactiveness.
  • Team player
  • English 85%-90% minimum required- 80
Personal Qualities
  • Ability to work under pressure and highly structured on the daily work.
  • Excellent communications skills with different areas and customers.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • English 85% minimum required, French and Portuguese is a plus.
