About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to Project Accounting Supervisor, the PA Sr Analyst is responsible for performing  tasks related to advertising   &  promotion month  end  close  process, account  reconciliations, WBS  master  data  creation, among others.

The incumbent ensures that accounts are properly reconciled and that closing entries are correctly recorded  and  posted  to ensure  accurate  and  timely financial data submissions.

This role provides  support  and  training  needed  to  develop  a well-rounded  accounting and finance  skillset, which will be the foundation for advancing your career Bacardi.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES   - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Perform transactional and analytical tasks related to the Advertising and Promotion team within the Bacardi Global Services Center.
  • Participate in the execution of the following tasks:
    • Process Sysaid tickets assigned related to WBS creation and master data maintenance 
    • Upload budget in SAP according to market input.
    • Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations (BBSR) - Reconcilier-. o    Close calendar development and maintenance.
    • Review and posting of accounting journal entries. o No Brands reviews  per WBS elements
    • Settlement process to ensure COPA allocation of A&P expenses.

  • Communicate effectively with internal Bacardi clients as necessary to ensure that work is properly delivered.
  • Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements pertaining lntercompany accounting processes.

  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage his/her time efficiently.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to capture  information in  a clear, concise  manner  and can adapt information for various audiences.
  • Proactive individual that can collaborate  and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter that continuously is thinking  on how things can be done better.
  • Willingness  to assume  new responsibilities and tasks according to business needs.
PERSONAL QUALITIES - SHARE OUR FOUNDER'S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR
  • Foreign language skills: English 60% or higher written/oral skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (outlook/ excel/ word/ PowerPoint / Teams) The following experiences are preferred:
  • Experience in SAP environment.
