About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the marketing/sales plan, supporting the consumer, groups and events strategies within the budget allocated
- Build the promotional plan and lead the email content creation within the CRM project
- Support the PR strategy and represent externally the Brand Home (trade shows, fairs, speedmeeting..)
- Lead the online (ticket/spirits) platforms development with development of content & traffic growth
- Drive sales by supporting the management of local accounts, including hotels, agencies, tour operator, tourism offices
- Leverage other commercial drivers to build revenue onsite, including the bar, retail, event and integrate these areas into content plans
- Be a project manager – execute marketing projects defined by FR BH Manager on time and to budget, and supply wash up reports.
Skills and Experience
- Very strong organisational skills – consistent approach to logging information and reporting results
- Excellent creative skills – able to critically analyse creative, select appropriate imagery, and strong copywriting skills
- Customer service skills – manage online communities and feedback in an appropriate way, escalating if needed
- Project management – ability to see a project through from start to finish
- Finger on the pulse – up to date with the latest trends to deliver the best digital comms as possible
- Independent working – self-motivated individual, able to manage your own time and prioritise your workload
- Able to plan your own workload and prioritise effectively
- Delivery-focused mindset, able to execute efficiently, on time and to budget
- Strong communicator
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Team player, positive and enthusiastic
- Flexible working hours – happy to occasionally work on evenings, early mornings and weekends.
