About the role

Your Opportunity

This critical role within our Supply Chain is the front line of our customer relationship. Working directly with our key customers, you are responsible for the customer order interface through to demand forecast. As part of the Operations team you will be contributing to the consolidated business Demand & Supply Planning. The role offers exposure to international supply chains and a global supply footprint, manufacturing, and innovation processes.

This role will report to the Sales & Operational Planning Manager. 


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

Accountabilities include:
  • Working within a joint business plan with key customers 
  • Allocation and release to the warehouse of customer EDI orders
  • Resolution of any order blocks, or issues
  • Working closely with the National Retailers to provide an improved 0-6 month forecast into Bacardi’s planning system
  • Managing new innovation and ranging into Retailer supply chain systems
  • Reporting on monthly trends, KPI’s, and customer performance
  • Working closely with the S&OP Manager to incorporate the forecast into a Business forecast & Supply plan.
  • Supporting the S&OP Manager to raise purchase orders for finished goods from the Supply plan

  • Improvement of the customer demand forecast to achieve above KPI for TISP and Bias, and then to maintain the KPI levels
  • Customer promotional planning and forward orders aligned with forecast.
  • Consistent on time in full delivery to your key customers at greater than set KPI level.
  • High customer satisfaction
