About the role


This is exciting role offers a unique opportunity to broaden Bacardi Brazil presence in the digital environment. We expected that the ideal candidate will have a strategic, future oriented and winning mind-set, and can work autonomously. 
As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for executing the digital commerce strategy for the key national customers with on-line activity and also for achieving revenue and profit objectives (P&L management), while building brand awareness, consideration and desire in the digital ecosystem. 
You will work closely across different levels of the organization to identify and develop Digital Commerce opportunities, including the local Commercial and Brand teams, Customer Marketing, Finance, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Legal, among others.
You will report on a dotted line to the Regional Digital Commerce Senior Manager and in direct line to the Head of Sales Brazil.


  • Create and implement strategies to achieve our Key-Accounts’ P&L targets 
  • Contribute in the negotiation of the annual terms and JBP planning ensuring a long-term sustainable investment and growth model for Bacardi brands.
  • Stay tuned with the local Sales team to identify and build portfolio opportunities in alignment and harmony with the price and promotional strategies with the rest of the customers (avoid conflict due to commercial conditions).
  • Work cross-functionally to manage trade investment and A&P budgets with Commercial Teams, Finance, Customer Marketing and Consumer Marketing. 
  • To be the local Digital Commerce expert to help build broad organizational Digital commerce expertise in alignment with the regional and global teams.
  • Further develop existing customer & consumer relationships through fact-based industry and category insights both at higher category level as well as using retailer specific data.
  • Facilitate the building of strong top-to-top relationships with key customers.
  • Align the KPIs and measurement tools for the accurate and assertive follow-up of the ecommerce plans performance.
  • Detect new market opportunities and insights.

Skills and Experience

  • 6 years of experience executing Commercial (sales & marketing) plans.
  • Experience executing Digital Commerce plans for “.coms” of Brazil key retailers.
  • Experience working in the spirits industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in P&L & budget management.
  • Strategic account planning ability for JBP negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills (able to identify business opportunities & insights).
  • Confident and capable of operating at all levels & good team player.
  • Proficient in Internet navigation, Microsoft tools and all relevant Digital Commerce mobile Apps.

  • Planning and Organising: sense of urgency, excellent agenda and time management.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal), Spanish is a plus.
  • Portuguese native speaker.
  • Commercial-strategic thinking.
  • Autonomous and collaborative team player.
  • Adaptable and resilient to the changes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: make things happen, risk taker, comfortable out of the comfort zone.
