About the role

Your Challenge

In this role, you will be working to accelerate the German E-Commerce businesses through working closely with existing pureplay customers, exploring new areas of sustainable revenue opportunities and building E-Commerce capability in market.

You will look to improve customer performance through leading day to day commercial operations, online content management and supply chain operations – and share your learnings with the global ecommerce organization.

You will work closely across different levels of the organization, including the Brand teams, Customer Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain interactions and accelerate E-Commerce capability by acting as an in-market E-Commerce expert.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Management and expansion of relationships with our key customers to meet sales revenue targets and achieve company goal.
  • Negotiations of annual terms and JBP with the respective pure players.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our e-commerce key customers and developing measures for improvement.
  • Close cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure that customer as well as consumer requirements are met.
  • Creating sales forecasts and reports.
  • Support development of growth strategy for key players in the e-commerce environment and ensure excellent implementation of growth strategy within your key customer.
  • Always be open, innovative, and dynamic to develop and expand our e-commerce business by looking for new opportunities for our Bacardi brands.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • First commercial working experience with responsibility for key customers preferably in an e-commerce context.
  • Excellent knowledge of common e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Very strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and implement data.
  • Proactive, innovative and flexible individual who takes full ownership of their projects, demonstrating dedication and initiative.
  • Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen.
  • Smart “outside-the-box” thinking with “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality.
  • Great communication skills with business level of verbal and written English & German.
