You bring our brands to life on shelves of customers you will be responsible for. 
You drive the performance and growth of Bacardi’s brands through developing our brands shares in sell-out of our customers, driving distribution and connecting with the consumer.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Representing the company in contacts with assigned key customers,
  • Preparation of long and short-term customer development plans, taking into account the care for increasing sales and profitability for Bacardi,
  • Participation in the preparation of sales forecasts,
  • Implementation of designated sales plans through trade negotiations, preparation of contracts, introduction of new product items and coordination of central promotional activities,
  • Effective planning and execution of customer budgets,
  • Close cooperation with other departments within the company, i.e. departments: field sales, marketing, finance and supply chain,
  • Monitoring the activities of competitors.

Skills and Experience

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Experience in the sales department of the FMCG industry (cigarettes, alcohol, beverages, beer, food products) as a prerequisite
  • Experience in negotiating contracts with retail chains
  • Experience in independent cooperation with a network client - building a sales portfolio, contract efficiency management, implementation of the company's commercial policy
  • Communicativeness and high interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyze multiple data
  • Driving license. B
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Communicative knowledge of English
