About the role

ABOUT YOU

You will own responsibilty for the development, execution and perfomance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away and being responsible for management and monitoring of initiatives & execution. You would also be responsible for contribution to the Company’s goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance by establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
  • Build/maintain/strengthen relationship with key on trade accounts, Wholesalers, and distributor.
  • Drive Distributors Sales Team achieve Sales Targets
  • Motivating and driving the distributor sales team to focus on our portfolio - by driving engagement.
  • Drive distribution of the Bacardi portfolio through the distributors and sales channels based on brand strategies
  • Achieve budget sales targets
  • Execute visibility of our brands in the on trade
  • Responsible for working closely with key customers to drive performance.
  • Implement agreed IAP (Integrated Activity Plan) including channel strategy with & without Distributor
  • Execute brand promotions/activations
  • Event management – planning, execution, and evaluation
  • A&P management
  • Manage Partnership contracts - Generate volume through pouring contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key on trade customers
  • Actively secure new customers for the BM portfolio of brands across assigned channels
  • Responsible for coordinating merchandising and deployment of Point of Sale Material (POSM)
  • Communication of competitor activities
  • Drive excellent execution of AVQPAP in channel through the distributor

Skills and Experience

SKILLS
  • Highly Driven
  • Strong local / English language skills.
  • Ability to communicate at different organization levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills with strong interpersonal leadership and Team Management skills.
  • Proactive
  • Excellent Computer skills, especially MS Office
  • Excellent ability to interpret the marketing vision and drive value adding insights and budget management experience
  • Organized and determined persistent person

QUALITIES
  • Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership who is proactive and a good team player.
  • Ability to promote cross functional effectiveness. Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment

    • Convey information to: Head of Sales
    • Adapt and Exchange (reach agreement with): Managing Director, Customer Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, Corporate communications & external affairs
    • Influence (effect change): Customer marketing teams
  • Externally:
    • Convey information to: Distributors and customers
    • Adapt and Exchange (reach agreement with): Distributor
    • Influence (affect change): Distributor and Internal Sales & Customer Marketing Teams
    • Negotiate with: Distributors & Key Accounts
