About the role
Responsibilities
- Build/maintain/strengthen relationship with key on trade accounts, Wholesalers, and distributor.
- Drive Distributors Sales Team achieve Sales Targets
- Motivating and driving the distributor sales team to focus on our portfolio - by driving engagement.
- Drive distribution of the Bacardi portfolio through the distributors and sales channels based on brand strategies
- Achieve budget sales targets
- Execute visibility of our brands in the on trade
- Responsible for working closely with key customers to drive performance.
- Implement agreed IAP (Integrated Activity Plan) including channel strategy with & without Distributor
- Execute brand promotions/activations
- Event management – planning, execution, and evaluation
- A&P management
- Manage Partnership contracts - Generate volume through pouring contracts
- Build and maintain relationships with key on trade customers
- Actively secure new customers for the BM portfolio of brands across assigned channels
- Responsible for coordinating merchandising and deployment of Point of Sale Material (POSM)
- Communication of competitor activities
- Drive excellent execution of AVQPAP in channel through the distributor
Skills and Experience
- Highly Driven
- Strong local / English language skills.
- Ability to communicate at different organization levels.
- Excellent presentation skills with strong interpersonal leadership and Team Management skills.
- Proactive
- Excellent Computer skills, especially MS Office
- Excellent ability to interpret the marketing vision and drive value adding insights and budget management experience
- Organized and determined persistent person
- Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership who is proactive and a good team player.
- Ability to promote cross functional effectiveness. Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment
