About the role

Your Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for developing E-commerce sales strategy and long-term business plan. You will work closely with various functional teams, as Trade Marketing and Marketing to guarantee that customer and brand´s plans are aligned.

You will be in touch with different customers and suppliers in order to have a best in class digital execution and a solid building blocks platform to accelerate the channel Sell in and sell out.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Execute strategies to achieve our Key-Accounts’ P&L targets 
  • Build strong relationship with business partners
  • Stay tuned with the local Sales team to identify and build portfolio opportunities in alignment and harmony with the price and promotional strategies with the rest of the customers (avoid conflict due to commercial conditions).
  • Manage investments based on pre-defined KPIs 
  • Sell in – Sell out – Inventory management
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing customers along with new market opportunities and insights.
  • Manage the online trade execution
  • Manage KPIs Platforms within customers and service providers
  • Work closely with related teams to guarantee the sales orders process from end to end

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Experience executing Digital Commerce plans for Pure Players;
  • Strong analytical skills – able to identify business opportunities & insights to drive business growth;
  • Digital marketing and E-commerce KPIs knowledge;
  • Experience in eCommerce, with CPG or spirits industry experience if possible;
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams;
  • Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral);
  • Strategic thinking and execution mindset;
  • Planning and Organising: sense of urgency, prioritization, and time management.
  • 4 years of experience executing Commercial (sales & marketing) plans.
  • Experience executing Digital Commerce plans for “.coms” of Brazil key retailers
  • Experience working in the spirits industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills (able to identify business opportunities & insights).
  • Confident and capable of operating at all levels & good team player.
  • Digital Marketing knowledge.
  • Proficient in Internet navigation, Microsoft tools – Mainly Excel and all relevant Digital Commerce mobile Apps.
Personal Qualities
  • Planning and Organising: sense of urgency, excellent agenda and time management.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal), Spanish is a plus.
  • Portuguese native speaker.
  • Commercial-strategic thinking.
  • Adaptable and resilient to the changes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: make things happen, risk taker, comfortable out of the comfort zone.
