About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

If you like innovation, digital commerce and want to be a crucial element of this Bacardi’s new chapter with our amazing global brands, this is the right role for you.

You will support the developing and execution of the digital commerce strategy for the key national customers with on-line activity and pure players for achieving revenue, profit objectives (P&L management), while building brand awareness, consideration, and desire in the digital ecosystem, across Latin America and the Caribbean.

This position is based in Mexico City and will have direct contact with different areas (commercial, marketing, finance, among others) and will have the opportunity to learn and share best practices across the region and globally.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Contribute to the execution of strategies to achieve our Key-Accounts’ P&L targets.
  • Support the negotiation of the annual terms and JBP planning ensuring a long-term sustainable investment and growth model for Bacardi brands.
  • Stay tuned with the local Sales team to identify and capitalize portfolio opportunities in alignment and harmony with the price and promotional strategies with the rest of the customers (avoid conflict due to commercial conditions).
  • Work cross-functionally to manage and control effectively trade investment and A&P budgets with Commercial Teams, Finance, Customer Marketing and Consumer Marketing. 
  • To help to build broad organizational Digital commerce expertise in alignment with the global team.
  • Support existing customer & consumer relationships in collaboration with local teams through fact-based industry and category insights both at higher category level as well as using retailer specific data.
  • Track main digital commerce KPIs and lead the measurement & evaluation agenda for the accurate and assertive follow-up of the ecommerce plans performance.
  • Guarantee sales data management and administration in collaboration with the global eCommerce finance team.
  • Detect new market opportunities and insights.
