WHAT DOES A SR. MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE DO?
Business partnering with Supply Chain function to bring data-driven insights to support the achievement of financial objectives, acting as an active risk manager and guide smart business decisions, always looking to deliver through standard, simple and automated end to end processes. 

ABOUT YOU
As a trusted business partner, you will be constantly looking for efficiencies and supporting the long-term strategy of Supply Chain, improving cost against targets supporting Service and Quality delivery trough Continuous excellence and sound governance and controls.
Ensuring financials (Cost and working capital) are reliable and properly cascaded with internal customers, looking for new ways of working for collaboration between stakeholders including Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics. 

Responsibilities

Financial leadership to support Supply Chain Team, with a complete cost overview, including full oversight of Budgeting, Monthly Reporting, Productivity / Efficiency Plans, Working Capital Management and KPI's tracking. 
Manage and execute all aspects of Production Costing (Raw & Pack Material, Direct Variable Labour, Energy, Other Variable Cost) and Fixed Manufacturing Expenses, which includes Annual Budget, Rolling Forecasting, Target Development, Financial Performance (reporting/analysis), Financial Modelling and Decision Support for Supply Chain Leadership Team.
Acting as lead finance for the Planning & Logistics, Materials & Finished Goods Write off, which involves managing Annual Budget and Rolling Forecast planning process.
Controlling, planning, and supervising of Inventories in the LAC Region.
Provide support to Capex controlling in gathering/building information required to prepare Business Cases and post-evaluations.
Assist in identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) relevant to Strategic Planning and preparation of management reports for the overall Divisions.
Set the Strategic Plan roadmap, challenging target delivery and balancing trade-offs to ensure Budget Completion and achieve P&L figures in accordance with compliance & policy guidelines. 
Implement and create a strong internal controls environment in compliance with our policies and procedures.


Skills and Experience

Experience in Operations Finance organization, including manufacturing and warehousing.
Proven knowledge of US GAAP Accounting and experience user of SAP
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
Ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing company practices and mindset.
Detail oriented with the ability of synthetize a thorough analysis into clear and concise message. 
Proactive individual that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Ability to communicate effectively and with confidence in English and Spanish at all levels of the organization.
Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (outlook / excel / word / PowerPoint / Teams)
