About the role

Your Opportunity

Working in London as part of our central team and reporting to our Global Head of Marketing for Travel Retail, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our Omnichannel Global Travel Retail strategy by creating best in class premium digital content to successfully convert quality seeking travelers into Bacardi´s strong portfolio of leading premium and luxury brands (Grey Goose, Patron, Bombay, Dewar’s, Aberfeldy and Bacardi) and boost brand desire. 

About You 

You have experience in managing and creating high quality conversion based, on-brand content for social & e-commerce (social posts, retailer display ads, copy for ecommerce posts and ads) for A-Brands.

You are results oriented and highly driven professional, you have strong analytical skills and great attention to details.

You are a team player with excellent communication skills and able to celebrate and work cross functionally.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:
  • Responsible for leading and ensuring that all our focus GTR eCommerce partners sites, selected activated social media platforms and traffic driving partners have the right, high quality digital content at any given time. Encompassing the creation and adaptation of digital global assets for:
    • Traffic Generation: Lead generation in social media and traffic driving partner sites
    • Conversion: Always On activation (core) and campaign related (premium/performance) assets, including: Activation of Brand Value Propositions, Channel exclusive Innovation/Limited Editions and Key retailer programs linked to consumer cultural moments
    • Loyalty: Content Creation for key customer´s CRM initiatives as well as First- and Second-Party Data direct to consumer campaigns and communications.

Key accountabilities:
  • Sync with Global Brand Strategy & Brand Idea: Secure alignment of content strategy with brand strategy and creative content guidelines from global teams and MMs in Central GTR team
  • Lead Global Content Creation Flow: Define key milestones and templates for Brief, content creation, sharing and localization. Create asset delivery and Content Calendar based on Central and Regional Briefs. Support Regional and Central team in Content Agency Briefing
  • Lead the creative process: Manage creative development in direct relationship with the central creative content agency. Lead Master Asset Creation Process and delivery on time and in quality in our global content hub for regional teams to localize
  • Support Content Localization: Liaise between global content agency and localization agency for last mile regional/local implementation
  • Support Omnichannel Approach: Understand the bigger picture and help connecting the central digital agency with regional/local marketing team or agencies for technical specs requests related to omnichannel creation (BTL, Merchandising, etc.) linked to digital assets
  • Influence Global Brand Asset Creation: Key stakeholder in the global brand team meetings/Global Brand Comms briefs, informing the global asset creation to cater for key GTR needs
  • Drive M&E to support dynamic learning plans
  • Customer & Geographic Focus: An important part of your focus will be on creating content for our five Digital Front Runners and Emerging markets, specifically China

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy:

Alongside min 3-4. Years of experience of effective digital activation, you should be confident that you can demonstrate:
  • Extensive experience in managing and creating high quality conversion based, on-brand content for social & e-commerce (social posts, retailer display ads, copy for ecommerce posts and ads).
  • Experience in running social platforms, including a solid understanding social trends, KPI reporting (E.g.: Engagement Rate) and community management.
  • Experience in managing content delivery for A-Brands through various digital channels (E.g.: website, Facebook, YouTube, e Commerce).
  • Experience in structuring A/B testing, using analytics data, user feedback, and user research to define and refine content to that it best meets user need.
  • Experience in UX optimization and or design an advantage.
  • Experience in CPG or at agency in creative role is an advantage.
  • Commercial sensitivity.
  • English fluent proficiency.
