Your Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to support a large business transformation, influencing decision and defining the future of the Supply Chain Network. Working close together with the market organization and as well operation, looking for efficiencies and long-term definitions

About You 

This position ensures financial information, controls and maximize the efficiencies in the distribution network from warehouse, to customers delivering. Looking always for new ways of working, relationship with customers, and integration between Sales/CPFR/Supply Chain/Customer Service. 

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Expert at supply chain operations (Supply Chain Business Partner) of the business and ultimately responsible for driving financial analysis and using its insights to contribute to the decision making by the business. 
  • Performs, oversees and manages financial analysis, budget process and forecasting efforts.
  • Work together with the controllership organization to ensure an adequate controls environment for sustainable results, following the global SOX and Internal Audit guidance.
  • Conduct economic and financial feasibility analysis for investment projects and efficiencies, mainly focused, but not limited to: Logistics Network and Warehouse; in partnership with Indirect Procurement, among others.
  • Ensure the participation of finance within procurement process of Supply Chain aspects, bringing visibility and understanding to new negotiation with third parties, and ensuring the right financial analysis to choose between them.
  • Providing management with information to the decision-making process that can result in logistic cost efficiencies.
  • Leverage the large market and supply chain organization and developing the finance and supply chain teams to bring the organization to a global benchmark

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Proven knowledge in Supply Chain Finance organization, ideally in logistics and warehousing
  • Experience in Accounting and experience user of SAP
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing company practices and mindset.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to capture information in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Proactive individual that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Commitment, working under pressure and tolerance
Personal Qualities
  • Finance experience specially in Supply Chain Organizations
  • Integrity and strong feeling of accountability
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills able to build (informal) networks within the organization. 
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (outlook / excel / word / PowerPoint / Teams)
  • Language: Spanish and English
