About the role

The role of the Logistics/Customer Service Coordinator for Patron Spirits is to ensure the order process flow and inventory management for Patrón spirits & POS globally, freight transportation oversight, managing the global air freight process & overseeing management of master data. Strong grasp of S&OP processes and working within the established team to assist with any subjects referring to the Brand’s Supply Chain, in coordination with Tradall global operation functions, markets, and Patron facility. This position is also providing support and backup coverage for other team members. The ideal candidate is agile, open to taking on new responsibilities and projects, showing willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

The role is located in Schaffhausen (CH).


Overall Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Logistics (Patrón to Bacardi entities link)
  • Order processing management – from order creation to invoicing
  • Act as liaison between regional Customer Service Representatives and production facility
  • Transportation oversight
  • POS – inventory management and order processing
  • Handling market specific requests
  • Global Air Freight flow oversight
Master data
  • Assisting in the creation and modification of Patrón master data
  • Master data update and quality monitoring in SAP and Dynamics A/X
  • Strong link to the Patrón Master Data Team
  • Providing weekly shipping reports
General Support
  • Provide support to other team members

Skills and Experience

  • Advanced business training in logistics preferred. 
  • Experience in a logistics and customer service role  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superior English skills, both verbal & written. Any other languages are beneficial
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience in SAP and Microsoft AX Dynamics desired
  • Superior organization and attention to detail
