About the role

Your Opportunity

  • You will directly lead the Customer Service & Logistics team and help build and enable a best-in-class logistics operation to drive profitability and growth in the Brazil business.
  • You will partner with the extended commercial team on customer service, inventory & order execution topics with a one-team mindset
  • You will coordinate all daily logistics, co-packer and customer service activities to deliver the sales plan on-time & on-budget.   
  • You will ensure a disciplined invoicing process to guarantee on-time payments to service providers and complete all inventory documentation & controls processes.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Drive Results & Excellence in Execution
  • Track the progress of sales, shipments and deliveries to customers
  • Complete the Food billing report to carriers - based on deliveries & returns
  • Analyze and direct actions based on the daily operational 3PL reports 
  • Analyze and direct stock management of returns to the distribution centers (DC)
  • Control and direct entry and exit operations of co-packers and DCs
  • Perform inventory lock & release according to business needs and controls
  • Process customer returns in Report Locked and Quality Analysis - SAP
  • Team leadership including support and career development, management of routine activities, time control, certificates, free time, holidays, etc.  
  • Manage the operation of PBR pallets with support from DC operators
  • Alignment Report with DC
  • Identify and drive cost reduction, service improvement and supplier development
  • Negotiate the purchase of pallets along with the PBR Shopping team with the suppliers and request the creation of PO
  • Support NF inbound activities in SAP and other inbound process activities
  • Coordinate with logistics operators, transporters and factories operations alignment meetings 
  • Ensure the mitigation of failures and damages in the payment of freight
  • Support the activities of sending NF to customers, plants and co-packers, and other activities of the exit process
  • Support activities related to the party payment process
  • Support in data and information collection to prepare supply chain budget
  • Manage inventory record in SAP for finance and handle adjustments
  • Follow up with the co-packers of the monthly inventory flow executed by the plants and analyze the impacts for Bacardi
  • Align the month-end plan and inventories
  • Analyze operating cost performance and identify explanations for variances
  • Analyze, justify and direct-action plans for the inventory differences found
  • Submit evidence and inventory execution record
  • Control and direct actions to reduce PBR pallets in customers and carriers
  • Coordinate with the operators the monthly inventory flow of the finished product
  • Enter counting data in SAP according to inventory record
  • Generate SOX reports and develop controls with the finance team
  • Manage the delivery of PBR pallets to co-packers according to the production plan
  • Manage the inventory process in excel to compare physical and accounting
  • Request and discuss DC life report together with quality team
  • Validate monthly 3PL, Stock, In / Out operation report
  • Hold regular meetings to develop and lead the team 
  • Mapping and execution of PDCA Maps cycles in the Operations process (Customer and logistics)
  • Align the supply plan with the planning area
  • Evaluate DC supply volumes against estimation and billing
  • Alignment with Planning, weekly operations forum
  • Create transfer orders between locations
  • Distribute Planning Forum tasks to those responsible
  • Schedule third-party finished product extraction Operations

Skills and Experience

The Skills and Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience in multinational environment
  • Strong Supply chain & technical skills. 
  • Strong Logistics knowledge and experience (operational area, cargo handling, inventories, warehouse control, transport controls, KPIs, storage, freight, storage, quality)
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP SD module (orders, deliveries, shipments, invoices, inventory transactions MB51, invoice).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot table, procv, soma, charts)
  • Systems & Process mentality, logical reasoning, business vision & analytical capacity.
  • Ability to work independently
