As the Customer Marketing lead for Bacardi and Breezer you will drive both creative and commercial success not just on these brands but the overall Bacardi India business. Customer Marketing Managers at Bacardi work in tight collaboration across all our business functions and play a critical role in the success of our brands in the country. 

ABOUT YOU

As the Manager Customer Marketing, you will own responsibility for conceptualization, development, execution & performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away. You will be responsible for management and monitoring of A&P investments and initiatives execution in markets for your category. You would also be responsible for contribution to the Company’s goals & objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance by establishing channel strategies, brand programs and implementing associated plans.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Responsible for any form of communication directly or indirectly linked to Company/Brand equity works in collaboration with consumer marketing
  • Responsible for designing and managing BTL marketing programs to create brand pull, achieve market share and sales targets
  • Responsible for ensuring alignment across the sales and marketing functions on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with consumer Marketing and budget management
  • Responsible for working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance
  • Responsible for marketing process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories and brands
  • Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns
  • Actively support effective matrix working across divisions

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Experience in designing and managing BTL/TTL marketing programs to create brand pull, achieve market share and sales targets
  • Commercial skills gained through hands on commercial roles 
  • Experience in roles related to understanding customer and channel dynamics
  • Design trade promotions to achieve maximum returns
  • Strong financial acumen for budget management
