About the role


Please note that this role is flexible on location - the role will be based in Miami, FL or Bermuda depending on the right candidate.


Your Opportunity

You will play key role in formulating and enabling the Global Rewards Strategy. You will be reporting into Senior Director, Global Compensation & Benefits.

You will be responsible for making sure the C&B programs such as long-term incentive plans, executive compensation plans & pension strategy are delivered effectively. You will play a key role in preparation of Compensation committee of BOD materials.

You will be partnering tightly with Region C&B partners & Global Finance to ensure C&B plans are executed brilliantly and provide highest level of service to the business and our Primos.

Responsibilities


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:
  • Partner with VP Performance & Planning, Senior Director - C&B, Global C&B, Region C&B, mobility and HR system partners to craft Total Rewards Strategy
  • Work with Senior Director C&B, Global C&B and Global Finance in preparing materials for presentation to the Compensation Committee and support on Executive Compensation projects.
  • Manage long term cash incentive program in close partnership with Senior Director C&B including design work aligned to long term strategy, communication, and brilliant execution.
  • Lead Global benefits & pension strategy (Defined Contribution, Medical, Life) and be a subject matter expert.
  • Develop global fundamentals necessary to drive governance, streamline costs while continuing to enhance Primo motivation.
  • Lead communication strategy for Global reward programs to inspire and reward Primos
  • Partner closely with Region C&B leads to ensure Global Compensation programs such as salary budgets are embedded strongly in local markets.
  • Oversee the development of salary ranges, market bench-marking, car programs and job reviews
  • You will be responsible for coaching one direct report
  • Manage professional relationships external consultants and vendors.

Skills and Experience


The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • You’ve successfully delivered multi geography, multi stakeholder projects.
  • You have a strong C&B functional experience (8 years + ) with proven success in areas of executive compensation, incentives, and pensions
  • A strong background in Finance will also be considered for the role
  • You have experience in building and delivering C&B programs
  • You are skilled in creating, analyzing and using data to help senior stakeholders to make tough decisions
  • Strong collaboration and flexibility while working with regions, business and finance partners
  • Capability to be a thought leader for the Global C&B Team on plans and processes.
