YOUR OPPORTUNITY

To work with a cross-functional team of technology experts, business leaders and planning process owners on our journey to deliver world class performance through the application of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) principles, tools, and methodologies.
To apply your expertise, knowledge, and experience in designing, optimizing, managing, and continuously improving Bacardi's integrated planning processes and systems across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance & Marketing.

Responsibilities


RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Drive and deliver world class performance through the application of IBP principles, tools, and methodologies

  • Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities and develop North America (NAM) IBP strategic vision and roadmap. Drive standardization and simplification across the NAM business 

  • Design, optimize, monitor, and continuously improve Bacardi's integrated planning processes and systems for NAM

  • Identify overall program deliverables and interdependencies and coordinate execution across technology service teams, business leaders, data brokers (VIP) and distributor partners (SGWS).  

  • Process governance, definition, documentation, and seamless execution in accordance with defined SLAs and KPIs

  • IBP operational governance (application support, monitoring, and system stability)

  • Strengthen system integration, data quality, and data governance across the IBP system landscape

Skills and Experience


SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Experience in multinational organization, defining and optimizing planning processes and systems across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance & Marketing functions to support business growth 

  • Experience in program / project management, in leading teams, and in managing vendors/contract negotiation.

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience leading large IBP initiative(s).  Additional S&OP, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, and/or Supply Planning experience in the CPG industry preferred

  • Leadership experience in a matrixed organization, managing multiple stakeholders and external partners/vendors in a complex environment. Ability to lead and drive business process change and to influence others

  • Executive presence and ability to work with senior leaders and key stakeholders through complex and nuanced issues

  • Experience working with (but not limited to) SAP IBP, Anaplan, and IBM Cognos TM1 preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both written and oral

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics.

  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
