Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Work within a small but dynamic team of Internal Communicators and work with the larger Corporate Communications team to deliver best in class Internal Communications, serving as an in-house storyteller and content creation driver.  Crafting company newsletters, executive correspondence, intranet stories helping to keep our Primos well-informed and engaged.
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for North America and our Regional President, our biggest market within Bacardi.  As the North American Internal Comms lead you will be tasked with bringing to life the voice of our executive team and key functions leading communications planning and content development for internal clients and agency relationships. 
  • Provide communications support and creative input to Global Corporate Communications programs and initiatives as needed. Includes crafting key messages, scripts, articles, memos and development of graphic content (logos, posters, etc) 
  • Produce videos, including crafting of storyboards, coordination with crew, set selection and prepping of talent. Oversee final editing process. 
  • Work closely with inter-agency teams to activate innovative Internal Comms including Global and Regional webcasts, life in-person events, Global and Regional Culture Campaigns, Digital Video series and more. 
  • Support production, presentation content and video development for regional town halls and other key leadership events. 
  • Serve as the department lead on key admin tasks including managing the global budget, setting up vendors, and invoicing as well as managing meeting invites, calendars and travel plans as needed. 
  • Provide metrics reporting for communications campaigns and identify trends that may influence future development and capabilities. 

Skills and Experience

  • University undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing 
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in internal communications department a must; ideally for global brand-led company 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a must along with a strong sense of aesthetics, composition and the ability to tell a story with pictures and sound.  
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMs) with knowledge of creative platforms a plus.  
  • Familiarity with running a company intranet, along with strong organization and time-management skills
  • Experience executing both virtual and in-person events, townhalls, and panels.  Virtual streaming experience a +
