About the role

Your Opportunity

CSD Managers at Bacardi support Marketing in New Product Development by activities like completion of registration of labels, support in launch plans etc. Contribute to the any new initiatives by identification of test market and sales forecast etc. They regularly interact with other functions particularly marketing, finance, and production to ensure continued support.

About You 

As CSD Manager, you will be responsible to formulate and drive implementation of sales and promotion plans for the CSD to ensure achievement of business targets and continuous growth of net sales value while maintaining high standards of business processes.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:
  • Responsible for development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned markets. Implements distribution and promotion plans in line with the overall initiative to ensure achievement of top line results.
  • To plan and execute local marketing and promotional activity to drive brand and volume results.
  • To establish a relationship with the channel as that of a key partner
  • To ensure coverage of Canteens and institutes within the channel
  • To Liaise and coordinate with excise and other government agency for smooth continuity of business.
  • To ensure timely reporting
  • To maintain close liaison with the market including vendors, key customers, Key On-trade
  • To manage Adelphi
