About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, Build and Run your solutions to meet the Tech strategy and business requirements
- Review business requests for service enhancements, as well as Tech service changes requests for standards enforcement - then prioritize the work, in line with the solution/service strategy
- Guides continuous improvement efforts for your solutions, develop business cases, understand your users
- Ensures the support of existing applications, solutions, systems through the adequate support center
- Understand the impact of new technology for your solutions and adapt plans and architecture accordingly
- Governs Tech security, compliance and Tech audits for your solution
- Effectively manage and strengthen vendor relationships
- Formulate, negotiate and maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement) for your solutions
- Measure and communicate key performance metrics for your solutions- analyze data to discover opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain documentation for configuration throughout the system development lifecycle
- Train super users/end-users on established programs
- Communicate at relevant frequency key metrics on your solutions
- Manage communication and alignment with stakeholders (build strong relationship outside Tech)
- Create excellent relationships within the other Tech organizations
- Act as a consultant/expert to other IT services as needed
- Towards business management, be the escalation point for performance issues/outages
- Develop your network, internally and externally and leverage it
- Create lasting beneficial relationships with strategic external partners
- Meet or drive down budget allocated to the change/enhancement requests of your solution
- Coach, mentor, provide constructive feedback and develop the Tech organization around you (would you have or not direct reports)
Skills and Experience
- Deep Business Knowledge - Understand the business processes. Ability to develop business cases
- Deep knowledge of your solutions technology, certification is a plus when applicable
- SAP-ECC (must in MM and PP, nice to have PP-PI, PM, IM, WM, QM)
- SAP-APO (SCM, must DP, SNP and PPDS, nice to have SNC)
- SAP-IBP (Must S&OP, demand, control tower, response & supply, CPI-DS and SDI, nice to have Inventory)
- Experience with a System Development Lifecycle methodology
- SAP-Solman
- Experience in creating, modifying specifications and configurations to meet specified requirements
- Experience developing and executing integrated test plans
- Experience communicating technical solutions to the business
- Experience in IT service delivery, with direct business engagement
- Experience working effectively in a cross functional team
- Possess data analysis skills
- Experience of managing vendors relationship
- Experience in IT financial management / pricing
- Experience/exposure to different markets dynamics/specificities/cultures
- Experience in project management
- Proficiency in English language skills
- Experience with a System development lifecycle methodology
- Experience in multiple IT services/programs in the company
- Assignment in another function (especially Supply Chain) to gain deep business understanding
- Fluent in another language than English
- Experience in leadership roles in international environment (across multiple countries) and abroad
