About the role

Your opportunity

This position will assist in adapting our marketing strategy and creating new local assets into building a winning marketing plan, driving brand awareness, consideration, creativity and business growth. Assist brand lead in developing insightful and impactful communication strategy and plan to enhance brand awareness and relevance across platforms.

About You

You will be one of the key role to assist in the brand development for white spirit in China. Especially, you understand and know well the trends and preferences of young consumers. You have rich experience in content marketing. You are a key person who places consumer insights at the heart of your work. 


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

Assist in developing and driving China brand strategy & business management
  • Assist Bacardi brand lead in developing insightful and impactful communication strategy and campaign to enhance brand awareness and relevance across platforms, including:
    • Q3 activation around music platforms, e.g. Live nation
    • Q4 campaign planning, Halloween, CNY, etc.
Lead brand social content development & execution
  • Lead Bacardi brand communication & activation content development across channels, including:
    • Social always on – paid media (Red, TikTok, Bilibili, etc.)
    • Off trade activation/promotion plan
    • Brand level cross-over
    • Continuous review and optimization to improve efficiency & impact
Regular business update & proposals
  • Monthly competitor tracking including:
    • Monthly Bacardi brand business analysis
    • Competitor off trade campaign tracking

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Spirit industry experience preferred
Personal Qualities
  • High learning agility, ownership & strong commitment, passionate and proactive
  • Good marketing foundation, and familiar in digital marketing & content marketing is must
  • Rich experience of content development and storytelling, with good art sense and taste
  • Strong insight of GenZ and how to engage GenZ with content
  • Good command of English & communication skills
