About the role
Responsibilities
- Help to develop the marketing plan for the full portfolio, creating the set of activities that will help us to accomplish our consumer targets.
- Develop new marketing initiatives including influencers, digital/ social media plans, events, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience.
- Connect with teams and capabilities (e.g. Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Point of Sale (POS), research, selling support materials) to support local business objectives (NSV, Gross Margin, ROI & Value Share)
- Work in partnership with internal and external teams (agencies and providers) to ensure that tasks are completed, and programmes are delivered on time.
- Monitor market trends, analyse consumer market activities to identify opportunities.
- Analyze territory / channel / account performance on a quarterly basis, working with Distributors to ensure delivery of forecast and budget (volume / value / execution) in line with objectives.
- Develop and improve our marketing execution upon existing strategies, taking clear learnings for our future plans.
- Budget management, control, and efficiency
Skills and Experience
- University degree in Marketing/ Business or any related careers.
- Min. 5 years of experience working in Marketing or related field in Dominican Republic.
- Agencies development.
- Experience and strong focus on brand development.
- Experience in TTL campaign implementations
- Previous experience on Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Managing Premium Products is a plus but not required.

- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
