About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

You are an important face of Bacardi towards consumers and how they interact with our brands. You will help contribute to our Best 10 strategy, ensuring that our consumers are a priority in all decision making and planning around brand plans and deployments.
You will be responsible to develop and implement marketing strategies, track, and measure all brand initiatives, and oversee and manage marketing budget.
Fearlessly execute our portfolio strategies in the Dominican Republic.
Collaborate and coordinate directly with the Caribbean and Central America marketing team to drive implementation of best practices.

Ability to develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Help to develop the marketing plan for the full portfolio, creating the set of activities that will help us to accomplish our consumer targets.
  • Develop new marketing initiatives including influencers, digital/ social media plans, events, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience.
  • Connect with teams and capabilities (e.g. Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Point of Sale (POS), research, selling support materials) to support local business objectives (NSV, Gross Margin, ROI & Value Share)
  • Work in partnership with internal and external teams (agencies and providers) to ensure that tasks are completed, and programmes are delivered on time.
  • Monitor market trends, analyse consumer market activities to identify opportunities.
  • Analyze territory / channel / account performance on a quarterly basis, working with Distributors to ensure delivery of forecast and budget (volume / value / execution) in line with objectives.
  • Develop and improve our marketing execution upon existing strategies, taking clear learnings for our future plans.

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • University degree in Marketing/ Business or any related careers.
  • Min. 5 years of experience working in Marketing or related field in Dominican Republic.
  • Agencies development.
  • Experience and strong focus on brand development.
  • Experience in TTL campaign implementations
  • Previous experience on Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Managing Premium Products is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery of results
