About the role

Your Opportunity

As Marketing Manager Spirits you will manage Dewar’s whisky, one of the fastest growing brands within the category, single malts portfolio, Bombay gin and tequila Patron.
You will work as an extension of Hub Marketing Team, leading all aspects of brands’ management on the Polish market: creating strategy, planning and delivering execution together with your team of two: Brand Manager and Junior Brand Manager.

  • You’re a great marketer with a gut feel, but also wide experience in brand strategy, planning and communication.
  • You have strong leadership skills and development of people means a lot to you.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Consumer, shopper and customer understanding
  • Strategy and activity planning
  • Integrated brand communication
  • Business performance management
  • Development of a 2 person team: Brand and Junior Brand Managers

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience in progressive roles, leading different marketing projects
  • Minimum 3 years of effective team management
  • Experience in brand strategy & planning
  • Experience of preparing meaningful presentations and convincing stakeholders
  • Experience in brand performance management
  • Fluent Polish and English spoken and written
The following experiences are preferred:
  • FMCG, Drinks and Luxury Category   
  • Degree and/or professional Marketing qualifications 
  • Experience in both Marketing and Commercial roles
