About the role

As a Marketing and Business Analyst, you will be accountable to ensure the process of A&P investment, follow up and payment to Distributors and Vendors. You will contribute on the flawless execution of the portfolio ATL and BTL activation ensuring media partners and distributors are ready and in compliance to work. Additionally, you will be instrumental to support internal campaigns with the HR team.

Comfortable with data analysis



·        Accountable for the transparency process managing investment in our different distributors and vendors network, PO placement, follow up of evidence, GR´s, distributors, and vendors regarding communication, follow up invoices and correct payment.

·        A&P spend and follow up, month closing and provisions with continuous communication with the Consumer and Customer Marketing teams.

·        Accountable for registering new vendors and partners in Bacardi supplier base.

·        Accountable to maintain in a healthy status all distributors with regards of investment balance, payments details and follow up on agreements.  

·        Support the Marketing team delivering POS & VAPS to markets on time by following up with the multiple vendors included in this key process.  

·        Support the overall marketing organization in activities regarding A&P reporting and planning during IBP cycles and WBS structure.

·        Support CACEM Leadership team on administrative tasks such as expense reports and travel’s booking.

·        Support HR team on internal marketing campaigns

Skills and Experience


·        Marketing or Communications Degree.

·        You have experience in administrative jobs, especially with PO Placement, payments, budget administration and reporting in a FMCG.

·        Desirable prior experiences with internal communications or marketing.

·        You must have an eye for detail, are committed to follow up on action points and are highly organised

·        You are a social and digital native, comfortable with all social platforms

·        You are curious, driven, and passionate – driven to learn, find new ways of doing things and looking at the world. You bring your own creative flair to everything you do, have your ‘finger on the pulse’ and are ingrained in culture

·        Ability to play at different leadership levels and good team player.

·        You have the ability to work with several different markets/projects

·        Fluent both Spanish and English.
