About the role

Your Opportunity

As master data analyst you will be responsible for local data input within the market/plant as part of the dedicated set of Global Master Data policy, procedures and processes.

About You 

The ideal candidate will know how to operate in an agile and changing environment, working very closely with his/her internal and external partners whilst maintaining operational discipline to coordinate and assure data maintenance request. 

This person will be expected to be a knowledgeable master data partner.

This person will embrace the execution with excellence culture and will be expected to have passion for excellence and strong ownership to coordinate and deliver results.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • To process all local master data maintenance requests in accordance with global Master Data Organization procedures, policies, guidelines, and governance and to agreed Service Level Agreement, escalating any unresolved issues to Master Data Global Team.
  • To ensure relevant communication with requesters and business, our internal customers who could be all the other services in Bacardi.
  • To participate in any project work that affects local dedicated set of Master Data. Participate in projects that has impact on master data and ensure master data requirements and actions are delivered on time and with quality.
  • To train and get updated the backup people in the team, to be and efficient back up for the other team members.
  • To follow KPI’s, and to be propose out action points to improve the quality of the service.
  • Ensure Region/ Country of scope of responsibility’s DEI rating in DACORE are at 95% minimum; To ensure master data are compliant with quality standards
  • To ensure assigned troubleshooting action on dedicated set of Master Data.
  • NB “Dedicated set of Master Data” can be:
    • Material
    • Bills of Material
    • Customer
    • Vendor
    • Prices- purchase/ sales

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 6-8 years in a Supply Chain department (or in a master data department), ideally in an international environment. Earlier work experience in MDG an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of Supply Chain activities / Business Processes
  • IT skills (SAP R/3, Microsoft office)
  • General business knowledge (manufacturing, inventory, …) is added advantage
