About the role

Primary and main point of contact for all internal and external stakholders for any question related to Master Data. He/ She is accountable to have all plant Master Data accurate and up to date on time. In addition of the accountability of Master data He/ She could be responsible to manage some/  all Master Data creations or modifications in the system, or ensure that other colleagues execute their part on time in full.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Plant referent for any question related to Master Data set up.
  • Accountable for all plant Master Data completeness, readiness and accuracy (i.e. finished product, components, production data, logistical data etc., vendors, customer,) in all necessary tools (SAP ECC, APO, MDG IPD database).
  • Ensure all plant systems Master Data is ready on time with the most up to date information to enable operations execution accurately and smoothly especially in the scope of Innovation projects. Coordinates with other local impacted functions when necessary.
  • Provides Regional Master Data team, STC team and other connected functions with any information related to local Master Data status or value.
  • Participate as plant ambassador to all Global Master Data meetings / conferences.
  • Contribute to enrich the Bacardi Data Model.
  • Manage local/outsourced teams to deliver the agreed SLA to the business
  • Provide measurement of incident management, against agreed KPIs

Measures of success

  • Achieve global priorities in alignment with annual objectives and quarterly priorities.
  • NPI on time, in full to customer

To be successful in this role you will have/be:
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
