About the role

Your Opportunity

In this role, you will be accountable to fully manage all Horeca related Menu / Cocktail Drinks program and execute them following our Drink Strategy focusing on the Spanish market. Specifically, own and manage our Menu Maker tool, as well as local ad hoc premium cocktail cards to build up a more premium and standardized Menu Programs that drive profit and value share in our key customers (Bar, Restaurant, Night Clubs, Hotels). You will be also responsible for Budget Management and contact person with the agency who owns the tool (MRM).

About You 

Your ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, with the Commercial, Customers, and Advocacy teams. 

You will be part of the team of experts on Consumers preferences and Drink Strategy across the On Trade and how their needs and decisions shape category choice and brand preference in our Menu Cards and Cocktail Cards.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Your deep knowledge of the Horeca Channel, the Category, the Brand and the Drinking strategy along your ability to manage administrative tasks of the Menu Maker Tool will be key to your success in this role. 
  • You will be a true business partner accountable to fully manage all On-Trade related Menu programs and execute them following our Drink Strategy focusing on the Spanish market. 
  • You will apply the global Menu Maker (MRM) framework as well as local ad hoc premium cocktail cards to build up a more premium and standardized Menu Programs that drive profit and value share.
  • Drive results and excellence in execution: Own and manage our Menu Maker tool (MRM), Budget management, field sales support, and central reporting.
  • Deliver training and supporting material for new and existing users.
  • Assist the commercial on trade teams with Menu targets set up and tracking, aligned with the Sales Incentive Pay (SIP).
  • Collect ongoing feedback from the end-users of the MRM tool to identify pain points and understand how they could be improved.
  • Participate in a global community of MRM administration, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities that exist in the tool than can be exploited for the Spanish market.
  • Also, the ability to support the Wholesalers Team with Toolkits and materials at any given time will be key, as will be the comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the Brand teams, Advocacy and Commercial teams.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Proven experience in hospitality business.
  • Proven track record in Business Development within the B2B space is preferable.
  • Hospitality studies preferably
  • Strong commercial awareness. It is essential to have experience in managing projects with sales teams.
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills.
  • Customer and commercial awareness to understand the needs of your customers
  • High computer skills in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English.
