About the role

Your Opportunity

Lead the largest Bacardi customer in the world. Build a network across almost every market in the US; and assist in developing the right model to manage BevMo & Go-Puff. Steward collaboration across multiple Bacardi functions, our distributor partners, and the customers (Costco and BevMo) to create value, drive top line growth and market share.

From internal Primos (Customer Analytics, Customer Solutions, Shopper Marketing, State Teams and Brands) to external partners in the distributor and customer network, it takes true leadership to keep the system informed, aligned, and accountable.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Lead: Steward processes and ways-of-working to inform, align, and enable system (Bacardi, Distributor, Customer) to support mutually beneficial business agenda and drive market share.
  • Plan & Strategy: Understand customer model and needs. Integrate customer goals with Bacardi portfolio opportunities. Leverage insights, analytics, marketing tools to drive solutions and growth.  Assess SWOT, prioritize business opportunities. Lead JBP for entire Bacardi portfolio of Core, Incubation, and Innovation brands.
  • Sell: Call on National and Regional Buyers. Partner with state sales teams. Build relationships, penetrate customer organization. Negotiate programs and portfolio support. Build sales decks. Participate in Customer events.
  • Reporting: Analyze business reports, collaborate on QBR, Chain Summits, and program post-analysis
  • Execution: 
    • Coordinate and track activation of programs, distribution, and other activities; on and off-line. 
    • Wire with key markets and stakeholders to ensure consistent and clear communication of actions and priorities, and achievement of targets/goals
    • Work with the field sales team in the development of custom brand programs to satisfy customer needs and business opportunities
  • Innovation: Evolve packaging, product mix, ways-of-working, e-com, merchandising, and any other tool to drive profitable growth and market share.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Overall 8+ years of Sales experience, with at least 4 years on Calling on National Customers/Chain Account Management, preferably within a spirit, or consumer goods sales environment. 
  • Relationship builder. Through active listening and understanding. Collaboration, value creation, and mutual accountability.
  • Strong communicator. Both verbal and written. 
  • Distributor and Customer management experience. Inclusive of e-Commerce.
  • Strong business fundamentals.  Inclusive of price structures, RTM, and supply chain. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related area
