About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

In this position you will lead the Customer Marketing Department (CPA) in Poland, being fully responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategy for our brands across all retail channels (On-Trade and Off-Trade).

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Leading and developing a team of 4 Managers/Specialists
  • Creating and implementing a trade marketing strategy for our portfolio based on local brand strategies & global positioning frameworks across all sales channels
  • Cooperating closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics and external agencies
  • Planning and managing the CPA budget
  • Setting clear priorities and KPIs for CPA based on global standards, internal/external customer expectations and market trends
  • Identifying new opportunities for brand development based on consumer, shopper and market insights.
  • Developing action plans for key channels and improving standards at POS
  • Developing POS materials, create rules for their implementation
  • Communicating activation plans and tools to Sales Department and external customers
  • Creating incentive programs for the Sales Department and external customers in On Trade and Off Trade
  • Participating in negotiations with key Modern Trade clients
  • Evaluating effectiveness of all trade marketing activations
  • Conducting cross-functional projects

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in progressive roles within Trade Marketing, Marketing and Commercial
  • 4+ years of successful team leadership  
  • Ability to prepare meaningful presentations and convince stakeholders
  • Cross Cultural Communication skills
  • Fluent Polish and English spoken and written
  • Experience in budget management
  • The following experiences are preferred:
  • Experience in alcohol category, luxury brands or FMCG
  • Degree and/or professional Marketing qualifications 
  • Experience in cross functional/cross market projects dedicated to brand growth/Trade Marketing tools development
