About the role

As the National Field Sales Manager you will lead the execution of Bacardi’s field team strategy across both the On and Off Trade. 

Through, fearless, collaborative and highly effective leadership, you will drive the capability and effectiveness of Bacardi’s field sales team effort, ensuring precision and excellence in execution. 

You will be responsible for driving profitable, mutual growth for our customers and Bacardi while building strong and trusted relationships with key On and Off Trade customers. In addition you will foster and develop our agency and third party partnerships. 

The role will be based in Sydney, report directly to the Sales Director also also directly lead the NSW Field Sales team as well as play a key role in the leadership and future success of Bacardi.

With a Founder’s mentality approach, you are responsible for first class execution, sales growth and success through coaching and developing the team to the delivery of financial metrics and management of key strategic customers. You will be a role model of the Bacardi’ Family culture and embody this cultural pillar through excellent partnerships with your team, our customers and building value-based cross-functional relationships

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of leading, developing and motivating your team
  • Previous field sales leadership experience in FMCG and preferably Liquor both On & Off Trade
  • Understands the market and industry dynamics and is able to apply expertise to create effective strategies
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, strong planning and negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy, including CRM management and development.
  • Strong time management, organisational and administrative skills
  • Tertiary Qualifications are preferred
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Fearlessly perseveres in overcoming obstacles and setbacks by taking swift and efficient action and share best practices
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with passion, drive and tenacity
  • You are a self-motivator and continuously challenge yourself and others to achieve the best results possible
